The BERIE Swiss alpine school is one of the leading Swiss mountain schools. Hermann is a worldly UIAGM qualified mountain and ski guide, traveller and adventurer and worked for a long time as an expedition mountain guide for major tour operators in the industry. He successfully climbed Mount Everest (8850 m) as a guide with 7 participants. From this experience we draw our potential for creating unforgettable adventure trips in the mountains.

I've spent a week in Zermatt and Chamonix, two years in a row now, climbing with Hermann Berie. We climbed several peaks including Monte Blanc, Matterhorn, Dufourspitze, and many more.
Berie is an exceptional mountain guide with incredible knowledge of the Alps. What sets him apart from other mountain guides is that he is a great human being, he is compassionate, selfless, and an understanding individual. I would not climb the Alps with anyone else.
I had a great 5 days with Hermann, he was so patient and read me. I felt totally safe, he even knew the signs to look for if I wasn't well.
