Your ski tour to Iceland!
White alabaster mountains and a deep black volcanic beach in front of a turquoise North Sea, endless descents with a view of the fjord and the Polar Sea, full board and double room in the best 4* hotel in the region, in-house geothermal pool, sauna, optional helicopter flights possible.
Daily you start on the "Troll Peninsula" in the north of Iceland to dreamlike ski tours. The typical 4* hotel directly on the quay at the harbour in the old herring town of Siglufjördur has a great deal of comfort and radiates cosy charm. In the land of the midnight sun, you alternate your tracks at the back of the valley on a glacier or at the fjord over the Arctic sea. In the evening relax in the warm, volcanic-heated bath or sit in the café in the colourful little town with the sun-hungry locals. A day without ski tours is planned, including a visit to the Godafoss and Myvatn areas and a visit to a larger geothermal spa.
If the snow conditions are very good and you are interested, we can organize a helicopter flight far inland to tour in otherwise inaccessible regions. We have the best local contacts to organize this highlight.

Requirement level: Advanced
Safe skiing in changing types of snow (firn to powder)
A good basic condition for ascents between 900 and 1400 hm / day at a comfortable pace.
Some experience in ski touring / backcountry snowboarding
Rest day: If required, you can take a rest day at the hotel at any time and relax there.
